Outerwear is developed together with the assigned manufacturing partner: pattern engineering, sample iterations, material selection and construction reviews before bulk production. Shell fabrics, linings, interlinings and insulation layers are matched to the end use and target price of the product.
During production, BAVINA follows the critical operations at each partner factory — seam sealing, bonding, filling and attachment strength. Every shipment passes inline checks and a final inspection before packing.
